Dimitri Psihas

My family and I are proud residents of Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant community. Having grown up in Vancouver, I have a deep understanding of the city, its neighborhoods, and the unique factors that influence property values throughout the market. Over the years, I have personally purchased and sold numerous properties, while also helping my clients navigate successful real estate transactions.

My local expertise and up-to-date understanding of market conditions allow me to provide informed, strategic advice to both buyers and sellers. By specializing in the city I know so well, I am able to stay closely connected to what is happening within individual neighborhoods and recognize the details and opportunities that can make a meaningful difference in a real estate transaction. I believe this focused approach allows me to provide a level of insight that can be difficult to achieve when an agent attempts to cover too broad a geographic area.
